Our Policies
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required when the order is placed and/or a credit card to secure the deposit
Payment Terms
The balance is payable by cash, credit card, or certified check only. We do not accept personal checks on the day of scheduled pick up or delivery.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts are welcome, please inquire. Payment terms are arranged on an individual basis.
Cancellation Notice
For deposit refunds, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required.
Delivery Service
Delivery service is available within a 90 mile radius, on a first come, first served basis. Our fees include a complimentary set-up for the items delivered. Local deliveries (within a 10 mile radius) are $11.50. Areas outside the local area are priced accordingly. Please inquire for more detailed information. Minimum purchase for weekend deliveries is $250.00.
Service Staff
Service staff is available for your convenience. Waiters and waitresses are $20.00 per person, per hour. Bartenders are $25.00 per person, per hour. In addition, a 12% service charge will be added to the food total. We suggest 2 weeks advanced notice for servers.
Chafing Racks
Chafing racks are available for patron to rent for $2.00(an additional $10.00 deposit, per rack is required, which is refundable). Racks are complete with water pans, and two 4-hour sternos.

Weve all done it. Just this one last thing and Ill be out of the kitchen. Your guests arrived two hours ago and instinctively keep coming into the kitchen to see if you need an extra hand. Boxed Lunches
The Poconos is a playground for a wide array of adventures, concerts, car racing, golf, skiing, fishing, paintball, hiking, whitewater rafting, water parks and many other group and individual activities. Go ahead and call us to order boxed lunches. Its a convenient and delicious way to enjoy the day!
